    Southfork Smokeshack's Menu Our menu is intentionally small so that we can focus on doing well what we do. Specialties Include: Smoked Brisket, Southfork Smoked Beans, Gourmet Cookies, Homemade Cinnamon Rolls.  We can bring the food to you or we can prepare on-site for groups up to 200 people.
